Freelance 2 days Wooden Quality Auditor for India

Job Description ISPM 15 Auditor (Agriculture / Wood Packaging)

- Conduct initial, surveillance, renewal, and special audits of ISPM 15-certified facilities.
- Verify compliance with ISPM 15 requirements for wood packaging materials including pallets, crates, dunnage, boxes, and skids.
- Ensure compliance with national plant protection organization (NPPO) regulations and export requirements.

- Provide technical guidance on ISPM 15 requirements to manufacturers and stakeholders.
- Stay updated with revisions to ISPM 15, phytosanitary regulations, and related international standards.

- Review heat treatment (HT) processes, treatment records, calibration reports, and process controls.




- Verify the proper application and control of ISPM 15 certification marks and traceability system

Preferred candidate profile

8 - 15 years of experience in:

- ISPM 15 compliance
- Wood packaging manufacturing
- Forestry or timber industry
- Phytosanitary inspection
- Agriculture quality systems
- Certification or regulatory auditing

- Wood Packaging Manufacturers
- Pallet & Crate Manufacturers
- Export Inspection Agencies
- Timber Processing Facilities
