Position: Plant HR Deputy Manager/Asst Manager

- Manage end-to-end Plant HR operations, partnering with business leaders to drive organizational and people objectives.
- Manage Industrial Relations activities, including union management, employee grievances, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution.
- Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning for plant employees.
- Ensure compliance with all labour laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Drive employee engagement, welfare initiatives, and a positive work culture across the plant.
- Manage contract labour administration, vendor compliance, and workforce productivity initiatives.
- Lead learning and development programs to enhance employee capability and leadership effectiveness.
- Monitor HR metrics and implement process improvements to support operational excellence and business growth.
Desired Candidate Profile
- MBA/MSW in Human Resources, Personnel Management, or Industrial Relations.
- 10+ years of HR experience, with significant exposure to manufacturing plant HR operations.
- Robust hands-on experience in Industrial Relations, union management, and labour law compliance.
- Experience managing end-to-end plant HR functions independently.
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and drive people initiatives effectively.
