We are looking for a seasoned Managed Services Tool Architect Optimizely/Episerver to own the architecture, governance, roadmap, and operational excellence of Optimizely-based digital experience platforms across managed services accounts. The role will drive platform strategy, solution architecture, integrations, modernization, performance, security, and operational readiness while collaborating with development, DevOps, AMS, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and govern Optimizely CMS, Commerce, and DXP architecture, standards, and roadmaps.
- Lead solution design, upgrades, migrations, and modernization initiatives (DXP, cloud, headless/hybrid architectures).
- Architect integrations with .NET applications, APIs, microservices, CRM, analytics, marketing, commerce, and identity platforms.
- Design CI/CD pipelines, setting strategy, monitoring, logging, scalability, and disaster recovery capabilities.
- Drive platform performance, security, compliance, and operational readiness for managed services environments.
- Support ITIL/AMS processes, SLAs, service transition, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide technical leadership, mentor teams,



conduct architecture reviews, and support pre-sales solutioning.

Required Skills

- Deep expertise in Optimizely/Episerver CMS, Commerce, and DXP.
- Robust hands-on experience with C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, MVC, REST APIs.
- Experience with enterprise-scale, multi-site, multilingual digital platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Azure/AWS, CI/CD, DevOps, monitoring, and cloud architecture.
- Expertise in integrations, SSO (OAuth2/OIDC/SAML), analytics, marketing, and commerce ecosystems.
- Experience operating platforms within Managed Services/AMS environments with ITIL processes and SLA-driven support models.

Preferred

- Experience with headless CMS, microservices, personalization, experimentation, and cloud modernization programs.
- Strong stakeholder management, consulting, and team leadership skills.
