Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day involves overseeing the application development process and collaborating with team members to ensure project success.




Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams- Lead the team in implementing innovative solutions- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members

- - Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations, Mandatory to have Workday Related certification- Strong understanding of integration principles and best practices- Experience in designing and implementing complex integration solutions- Knowledge of Workday Studio and EIBs- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues efficiently
Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations- This position is based at our Bengaluru office- A mandatory Workday Related certification is required
