Inthisrole,youwillhavetheopportunitytocoordinateandfacilitatethedevelopment,implementation,andsuccessfulonboardingofdigitalsolutions.Eachday,youwillsupporttheuse andadoptionofdigitalplatformandsolutionsintothecustomerbusinessenvironmentalongwiththeirsubsequentoperationsandmaintenance. Youwillalsoshowcaseyourexpertisebyparticipatingintheideationworkstreamsfromidentifyingandvalidatingtheneedstodefiningthedevelopment.

Thisroleiscontributingtotheglobal functionSales Enablementin IEC LVMotors -divisioninIndia.MainstakeholdersareSales and Customers.

- Provide software support and engineering services across multiple areas, including end-user support and training, software maintenance, testing and quality engineering, DevOps, and software release management, with minimal supervision.
- Perform system testing and troubleshooting activities to validate final system configurations and ensure successful deployment and rollout.




- Deliver user training and retraining programs to facilitate smooth adoption of software solutions and provide ongoing technical support and maintenance services.
- Contribute to software product development initiatives by recommending new features, enhancements, and functionalities to strengthen the product roadmap and portfolio.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and support strategic digitalization objectives.
- Work within a highly motivated and innovative team setting, contributing to the development of digital solutions that uphold high standards of quality, efficiency, and business value

- Youarewell establishedand motivatedinsupporting anddeliveringhigh qualitysoftwaresolutions.

- Abilitytodemonstrateyourexperienceinsales, sales support,oralternativelysales process/tooloperations anddevelopment.
Youhaveminimumtwoyearsofexperienceinthe relevant field.

- Experience inworkingwithoralternativelydeveloping sales process technologies, such asConfigure-Price-Quote systems,CRMs, and pricemanagement systems.Benefitingfrom experience in roll outs and user support.
