Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain Python-based data processing, transformation, and analytics solutions using frameworks such as NumPy and Pandas.
2. Optimize and enhance existing systems for scalability, performance, and reliability in alignment with business goals.
3. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, analysts, and decision-makers, to deliver high-quality analytics solutions.
4. Ensure strict adherence to industry best practices, coding standards, and compliance rules while troubleshooting and debugging applications.
5. Lead and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of learning, inclusion, and innovation within the team.

Requirements:

1. At least 7+ years of hands-on experience in Python programming, with a strong focus on NumPy and Pandas frameworks.
2. Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related discipline preferred.
