This Position reports to: Chapter Lead

Your role and responsibilities :

In this role, you will have the opportunity to initiate and drive technology, software, product, and/or solution development using in-depth technical expertise in a specific area. Each day, you will act as the first point of contact in Research and Development (RD) for in-depth product or technology-related issues. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting strategic corporate technology management and future product/software/solution architecture.

This role is contributing to the ELSP Digital Agile Unit in Bangalore, India.

You will be mainly accountable for:

- Demonstrates positive proficiency in software engineering in their own area of competence.

- Performs a variety of software engineering tasks in the assigned area of software development/software quality engineering/software testing/DevOps/cybersecurity/software release/support and maintenance, and/or release management, with limited supervision.

- Contributes (independently) to the software development lifecycle that includes requirements, conceptualization, prototyping, design, coding, testing, release, and subsequent maintenance and operations.

- Adopts agile software development to build and deliver software in an iterative and incremental manner.

- Brings automation in every activity possible to improve productivity.





- Leverages software engineering proficiency in their own area of competence to contribute innovative and creative ideas either in new software development projects and/or debugging and maintenance of an existing software.

- Stays abreast of new and evolving software engineering technologies.

- Creates highly structured and maintainable code and deliverables, with right amount of documentation.

Qualifications for the role :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or Engineering with 810 years of experience designing and developing enterprise-level web applications, with advanced expertise in ReactJS and strong backend development using .NET Framework, .NET Core, and C#.React.js, Angular.js

- Proven ability to design and develop modern, scalable, and responsive web applications, with ownership of front-end architecture and UI design while contributing across the full stack.

- Hands-on expertise AI-specific capabilities, LLM integration, prompt engineering, AI Orchestration, AI Agent Design.

- Hands-on expertise in ReactJS, Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks, along with proven experience delivering at least twoend-to-end application as a Full-Stack Developer.

- Good to have Python knowledge.

- Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices, with strong troubleshooting capabilities across module, product, and system levels, and hands-on experience with Azure cloud services.

- Strong experience handling complex engineering assignments requiring advanced problem-solving skills and the application of innovative technical solutions.
