The role will support for the ABB India Ltd for Electrification Smart Power Critical Power Business to be based at Nelamangala, BANGALORE, India.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Support the Global Manufacturing Manager (GMM) in developing a customer-focused operations strategy and executing global footprint/product localization initiatives.
- Assist in building an effective, well-balanced, and global manufacturing organization through continuous organizational improvement.
- Support the monitoring and attainment of global operational KPIs while ensuring effective execution of global projects, with a focus on assessing local execution teams in India.
- Encourage a culture of continuous improvement across the organization by supporting process optimization and operational excellence efforts.
- Collaborate with global and local stakeholders to ensure alignment of strategic manufacturing objectives,
project execution, and organizational performance.
Qualifications for the role:
- Bachelors degree in electrical and Electronics Engineering with demonstrated professional accomplishment.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering within a global matrix organization.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify and implement effective solutions.
- Solid stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- In-depth technical knowledge of Critical Power product lines, including Power Conditioning systems.
- Positive understanding of Power Distribution solutions and Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) technologies.
- Fluency in English, with clear written and verbal communication skills.
