Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced Team Lead IT & Non-IT Recruitment to lead and manage a team of recruiters while driving recruitment delivery across IT and Non-IT functions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in team handling, client management, and end-to-end recruitment for Permanent and Contract-to-Hire (C2H) positions. Experience in handling GCC (Global Capability Center) hiring will be an added advantage.

The Team Lead will be responsible for achieving both team and individual recruitment targets, ensuring quality hiring, meeting client SLAs, and building a high-performing recruitment team.

Role & responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, motivate, and manage a team of IT & Non-IT recruiters to achieve individual and team hiring goals.
- Allocate client requirements effectively and monitor daily recruitment activities to ensure timely closures.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions across Permanent and Contract-to-Hire (C2H) staffing.
- Manage key, critical, and leadership hiring requirements independently while achieving assigned individual recruitment targets.
- Ensure both individual billing/closure targets and overall team targets are consistently achieved.
- Build robust relationships with clients and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and provide timely recruitment solutions.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, networking, and internal databases.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, salarynegotiations, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
- Conduct daily / weekly team meetings, pipeline reviews, performance discussions, and recruiter coaching sessions.




- Monitor recruitment KPIs, including submissions, interviews, offers, joins, closures, time-to-fill, and SLA adherence.
- Prepare and share recruitment MIS reports, dashboards, and team performance updates with management.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment processes, quality standards, and client expectations.
- Train, mentor, and develop recruiters to improve sourcing capabilities, technical understanding, and recruitment effectiveness.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance productivity and recruitment quality.
- Stay updated with industry trends, talent availability, and market intelligence across IT and Non-IT domains.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree / Post Graduate in any discipline.
- 6 to 8 years of experience in IT and/or Non-IT recruitment within a staffing or recruitment consultancy.
- Minimum 2 years of experience leading or managing a recruitment team.
- Hands-on experience in Permanent and Contract-to-Hire (C2H) staffing.
- Proven experience in achieving both individual and team recruitment targets.
- Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle, sourcing strategies, and talent acquisition best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, stake holder management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience in hiring for Global Capability Centers (GCCs) will be an added advantage.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment, LinkedIn Recruiter, and major job portals.
- Strong understanding of both IT technologies and Non-IT functional hiring.
- Salary : 6LPA to 10 LPA + Performance incentives
