Job Purpose:

Responsible for sourcing business for the Gold Loan team within an allocated territory/area.

Has processing rights to book transactions in the system.

Job Responsibilities:

Sourcing Business:

Solely responsible for sourcing business through the open market.

Create a database of potential customers using lead generation tools.

Work in catchment areas to find new sales opportunities and drive revenue.

Convert Gold Loan leads generated by various internal business units.

Perform quick data entry for disbursed loans.

Relationship with Customers:

Build and develop good relationships with customers to cater to their gold loan needs.





Sustain long-lasting customer relations to focus on loan renewals.

Promotional Activities:

Generate more business by conducting promotional activities (e.g., leaflet distribution, canopy, ATM activities).

Conduct activities in residential & industrial places to create Gold Loan awareness.

Cross Selling:

Log FTR files at Local Ops/RAOPS.

Follow up with Local Ops/RAOPS to ensure timely disbursement of cases.

Educational Qualifications:

Graduate with a minimum of 50% Marks.

1 to 3 Years in the Banking and Financial Service Industry.
