Durable Fastener Private Limited is looking for a responsible, organized, and quality-conscious Dispatch Executive + QA/QC Executive to join our growing team.The role involves coordinating dispatch operations, verifying product quality, and ensuring accurate and timely delivery to customers while maintaining proper documentation and quality records.

Key Responsibilities

- Dispatch Operations::
- Plan and execute daily dispatch schedules as per sales orders.
- Coordinate with warehouse, packing, and accounts teams for timely dispatch.
- Ensure all products are properly labeled, packed, and documented.
- Maintain dispatch records, invoices, and transporter details.
- Track dispatched consignments and ensure delivery confirmation.
- Quality Assurance & Quality Control::
- Inspect products before dispatch to verify size, finish, quantity, and packing.
- Identify defective or nonconforming materials and report to production
- Maintain QA/QC checklists, inspection records, and rejection reports.
- Ensure that only approved lots are dispatched.
- Support process improvement initiatives to reduce quality issues.
- Documentation & Coordination::
- Prepare and maintain dispatch challans, invoices, and loading slips.
- Verify order details against packing lists to prevent dispatch errors.




- Coordinate with transporters, sales, and customers for smooth logistics.
- Update dispatch and quality records daily in Excel or ERP system

Qualifications Required
- Education::
- Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate (Any stream). Technical or mechanical background preferred.
- Experience::
- Prior experience in dispatch, QA/QC, warehouse, or manufacturing operations preferred (but not mandatory).
- Technical Skills::
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic computer operations.
- Familiarity with logistics documents, weights, and measurements.
- Basic understanding of fasteners or industrial hardware products is a plus.

- Ability to work under pressure during dispatch hours.
