Role & responsibilities

- Conduct business diagnostics and organizational assessments.
- Develop business growth strategies and expansion plans.
- Prepare business models and strategic roadmaps.
- Analyze financial performance and profitability.
- Conduct Break-Even Point (BEP) and feasibility studies.
- Design organizational structures.
- Develop SOPs, business processes, and workflow systems.
- Design KRAs, KPIs, and Performance Management Systems (PMS).
- Implement MIS and reporting frameworks.
- Recommend automation and digital transformation initiatives.
- Develop branding and business development strategies.
- Improve operational efficiency and business productivity.
- Conduct strategy workshops, leadership sessions, and client meetings.
- Prepare consulting reports, presentations, and implementation plans.
- Monitor implementation and measure project outcomes.
- Build long-term client relationships and ensure successful project delivery.

Preferred candidate profile

- 5+ years of experience in Business Consulting, Strategy Consulting, Management Consulting, or Organizational Development.
- Experience working with SMEs, startups, or consulting organizations.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to assess business challenges and recommend practical, result-oriented solutions.
- Experience in developing SOPs,



KRAs, KPIs, PMS, and business process improvement initiatives.
- Sound knowledge of financial analysis, business planning, and operational excellence.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Must be fluent in both English and Malayalam
- Ability to conduct client meetings, workshops, business reviews, and leadership sessions in English and Malayalam.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
- Self-driven, proactive, and capable of managing multiple consulting projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and consulting assignments across Kerala and other locations.
