Overview Fulfillment Partner is responsible for driving early visibility into demand for GDD projects (revenue and capability forecast) by collaborating with the local CP as well as Business and Delivery teams.
Your Impact OR Responsibilities:
- Drive early visibility into demand and capacity by collaborating with the local CP, as well as Business and Delivery teams.
- Act as single point of accountability regarding Capacity related topics in India (i.e., securing the right people from all possible sources: Staffing, Contracting, and Hiring).
- Provide a regular and accurate view of fulfilment for demand to the Business and Delivery.
- Work with Capacity Planning to provide detailed information on demand/supply view.
- Regularly communicates with the business on the status of open needs.
- Looks at all the nominations for the account from India perspective and then decides.
- Drives prioritization conversations with the Capacity Directors, and business unit leads for unmet demand escalations/critical roles on what to approve and forward to the project team and what needs to be rejected.
- On continuing projects, works with project team to ensure the Existing Tool captures the right information for existing teams being rolled over.
- Work with local teams to ensure the overall fulfillment is provided to the accounts.
- Analyze and provide early visibility into roll-offs/supply.
- Provides insights to, and manages inputs from, all stakeholders to ensure time tracking and data integrity to produce accurate staffing reporting to effectively manage our business.
- Manages weekly staffing meetings to coordinate actions accordingly.
- Stakeholder Management:
Collaborates with multiple stakeholders across Business, Capacity teams, Hiring, contracting and capacity planning practices. And ensure we create a fulfilment strategy and execute to the same.
- Partnering with business to influence strategic decisions such as right project location, project start dates based on talent availability, leadership spread across accounts, talent mix.
- Mentoring building: Works with the People teams, locally, regionally and globally to drive achievement of capacity management, People and Business Strategy objectives.
- Works with other members of LT to ensure capacity planning and staffing functions are aligned with company purpose and work focus.
- Team Leadership: Provides coaching and mentoring to team members, often leading by example.
- Identifies and disseminates best practices to team members.
- Develops and delivers specific staffing and training practices for their area(s) of responsibility.
- Manages staffing projections for their area(s) of responsibility.
Qualifications Your Skills Experience:
- Proficiency with spread sheets, advanced excel skills and ability to interpret and communicate business and financial data
- Ability to handle a high stress working setting
- Understanding of project management methodology
- Data analysis and financial acumen
- Strong abilities in interpersonal relationship and change management
