Durable Fastener Private Limited is looking for a responsible, organized, and quality-conscious Dispatch Executive + QA/QC Executive to join our growing team. The role involves coordinating dispatch operations, verifying product quality, and ensuring accurate and timely delivery to customers while maintaining proper documentation and quality records.

Key Responsibilities
- Dispatch Operations: Execute daily dispatch plans as per sales and production schedules.
- Coordinate with packing, stores, and accounts teams.
- Ensure correct labeling, packing, and documentation of goods.
- Prepare and maintain dispatch challans, invoices, and transport documents.
- Track dispatched material and confirm delivery status.
- Quality Assurance & Quality Control: Inspect products for size, finish, quantity, and packaging quality.
- Identify and report defective or non-conforming materials.
- Maintain QA/QC checklists, inspection records, and rejection reports.
- Ensure only approved and verified material is dispatched.
- Documentation & Coordination:
Update dispatch and QC data in Excel or ERP systems.
- Coordinate with transporters, sales team, and customers.
- Maintain proper records for audits and internal tracking.
Qualifications Required
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (Any stream).
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel & computer operations.
- Understanding of fasteners or manufacturing products is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work under pressure during dispatch hours.
