Durable Fastener Private Limited is seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to oversee complete accounting operations, compliance, reporting, and financial coordination across departments. The role demands strong command over accounting systems, GST compliance, team coordination, and decision-level financial accuracy.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (may start at 8:30 AM during training based on work requirement)
Commitment: MINIMUM 2 YEAR
Key Responsibilities
- Accounting & Financial Control: Supervise and review all sales & purchase accounting activities.
- Ensure accurate posting of invoices, vouchers, and journal entries.
- Monitor ledger accuracy, reconciliations, and month-end closures.
- Compliance & Taxation: Oversee GST compliance (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation, notices).
- Coordinate TDS compliance and statutory filings.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation and respond to audit queries.
- MIS & Reporting: File GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B); coordinate for TDS returns.
- Maintain files and documents ready for audits and compliance reviews.
- Maintain structured documentation of credit/debit notes.
- Software & Reporting: Provide financial insights to management for decision-making.
- Prepare MIS reports including: Outstanding reports Daily collection reports Purchases and payable reports Follow-up reporting
- Team & Process Management: Guide and monitor junior accounting staff.
- Ensure timely coordination with dispatch, production, stores, and purchase teams.
- Improve accounting processes and internal controls.
- Software & System Oversight: Lead accounting operations on MIRACLE Accounting Software.
- Ensure data accuracy, backups, and structured documentation.
Qualifications Required
- M.Com / B.Com with solid accounting background.
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial accounting.
- Excellent Excel skills and system understanding.
- Leadership and decision-making capability.
