We are looking for an experienced SNP Glue Consultant to manage, optimize, and troubleshoot SAP-to-Snowflake replication pipelines. The role requires strong hands-on skills in SNP Glue, a solid understanding of SAP ECC/S/4HANA data structures, and familiarity with Snowflake data models. You will ensure reliable CDC replication, low-latency data availability, and smooth integration across SAP and downstream analytics systems.

Key Responsibilities

Configure, manage, and optimize SNP Glue replication jobs for SAP ECC/S/4HANA to Snowflake.

Perform monitoring of replication pipelines for failures, latency, or CDC issues.

Apply fixes, restart jobs, and resolve replication errors to ensure uninterrupted data flow.

Optimize job performance to handle high-volume, business-critical datasets.

Collaborate with SAP technical teams and Data Engineering teams to ensure accurate mapping and smooth end-to-end integration.

Validate replicated data in Snowflake and ensure structural alignment with SAP source objects.

Support testing cycles by verifying data consistency after S/4HANA-related changes.





Document replication configurations, performance metrics, and resolution steps.

Must-Have Skills

SNP Glue Expertise

Hands-on experience configuring and administering SNP Glue replication.

Solid knowledge of:

CDC (Change Data Capture) using SNP Glue

Initial full-load setup and delta replication

Job orchestration, monitoring, error handling

Optimizing replication performance and throughput

Handling schema changes in SAP and propagating downstream

SAP Knowledge

Decent understanding of SAP ECC and S/4HANA data structures.

Familiarity with SAP terminologies such as:

Tables, extractors, CDS views

SAP modules (MM, SD, FI/CO, etc.)

Organizational elements (Company Code, Plant, Sales Org, etc.)

Ability to analyze SAP objects and map them to corresponding Snowflake structures.
