Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced MEP Professional to manage the end-to-end execution of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), Fire Fighting, HVAC, ELV, and Utility services across our real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, excellent coordination skills, and experience in delivering projects on time while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end execution of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, HVAC, ELV, and Utility services at project sites.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal project teams for seamless execution.
- Review MEP drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical documents.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, statutory requirements, and safety regulations.
- Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of MEP milestones.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to maintain construction quality.
- Manage MEP contractors, subcontractors, and vendor performance.




- Identify project risks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Verify contractor bills, variation orders, material approvals, and work certifications.
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover of all MEP systems.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, materials, equipment, and resources.
- Prepare periodic progress reports and present project updates to senior management.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Proven experience in MEP execution for Residential, Commercial, Mixed-use, Real Estate, or Infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of MEP design, installation, testing, commissioning, and project execution.
- Experience managing large-scale construction projects.
- Sound understanding of quality standards, safety regulations, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent coordination, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under tight project timelines.
