Job Description

Join us as a BPO Recruiter! We need fresh or experienced talent with strong communication skills to handle our end-to-end hiring.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), internal databases, and employee referrals .
- Screen resumes based on client requirements and shortlisting criteria .
- Conduct initial telephonic assessments and candidate interviews .
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain and update candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment records .
- Follow up with candidates for feedback, interview updates, and joining formalities .
- Assist the recruitment team in achieving hiring targets and deadlines.

Eligibility Criteria

IMMEDIATE JOIINERS PREFERRED

- Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline
- Freshers are welcome (0-2 year experience)




- Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
- Basic knowledge of recruitment or HR concepts is a plus
- Willingness to work in a target-driven environment

Skills Required

- Solid interpersonal and communication skills
- Good understanding of job portals (Naukri preferred)
- Basic MS Excel and email communication
- Positive attitude and learning mindset
