- Lead and manage end-to-end execution of civil projects (Buildings, Infrastructure, Roads, Bridges, etc.).
- Prepare project schedules, budgets, and resource planning.
- Coordinate with design, planning, procurement, and site execution teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
- Manage contractors, subcontractors, and vendor coordination.
- Review drawings, BOQ, technical specifications, and resolve technical issues.
- Conduct project review meetings and submit progress reports to management.
- Handle client coordination and stakeholder communication.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure proper documentation and record maintenance.
- Lead and mentor site engineers and project team members.
