Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to generate qualified B2B leads for our International Client (Large Financial Services Company) promoting their Commercial Card solutions. The role involves outbound calling to corporate customers, identifying business opportunities, and scheduling appointments for the Clients senior executives. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in international calling within the banking, cards, payments, or financial services industry, along with excellent communication and relationship building skills.

Key Responsibilities • Conduct outbound calls to corporate prospects across international markets. • Generate and qualify B2B leads for Commercial Card solutions. • Schedule meetings for clients senior executives. • Engage with key decision-makers to understand business requirements. • Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-up activities in the CRM. • Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets.



• Stay updated on commercial card products and financial services offerings.

Qualifications & Experience • Graduate in any discipline. • 14 years of experience in international calling, inside sales, or B2B lead generation. • Prior experience in commercial cards, banking, payments, fintech, or financial services is required. • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office. Key Skills • Excellent verbal communication with a neutral international accent. • Strong calling, lead qualification, and objection-handling skills. • Good understanding of commercial cards and financial services. • Ability to engage senior business decision-makers. • Target-driven with strong follow-up and relationship management skills.

Compensation Market-competitive salary with attractive performance-based incentives. Preferred Background: Candidates with experience in Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, leading banks, fintech companies, or international BPOs handling banking and financial services campaigns will be preferred.
