We are looking for a Store Supervisor to manage day-to-day store operations, ensure inventory accuracy, and lead the store team to achieve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily store operations and warehouse activities.
- Monitor stock receipt, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through regular stock checks.
- Lead and guide store staff to achieve operational targets.
- Coordinate with operations, inventory, and logistics teams.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and company SOPs.
- Prepare daily operational and inventory reports.
- Resolve operational issues and maintain smooth store functioning.
Requirements:
- 0-1 year of experience in Store Operations, Warehouse Operations, or Retail.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Positive knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/WMS systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
