Roles and Responsibilities

- Perform breakdown maintenance, plant maintenance, and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance.

- Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting to identify potential issues before they become major problems.

- Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.

- Develop and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory management, and reporting.

- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations during all aspects of maintenance operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-5 years of experience in mechanical engineering or related field (diploma holders preferred).

- Solid understanding of mechanical systems, including engines, pumps, motors, gearboxes, bearings etc. .

- Proficiency in breakdown analysis using tools like FMEA (Failure Mode Effects Analysis) & PM (Preventative Maintenance).

- Ability to read blueprints/drawings & understand manufacturing processes.
