- Responsible for designing, configuring, implementing, and supporting SAP S/4HANA SD solutions for spare parts and aftermarket operations.
- Handle end-to-end sales order management, pricing, billing, delivery scheduling, ATP, returns, and service parts processes.
- Support integration with SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Prepare functional specifications for enhancements, interfaces, and custom developments.
- Perform functional testing, UAT support, cutover activities, and post-go-live support.
- Provide user training and process documentation.
