3. Role & responsibilities

1. Team Leadership & Strategy

- Supervise recruitment teams: Guide and mentor junior recruiters to meet monthly hiring targets.
- Optimize sourcing strategies: Utilize job boards, social media, networks, and employee referrals.
- Forecast hiring needs: Collaborate with department heads to identify future staffing gaps.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting: Oversee screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation processes.
- Enhance candidate experience: Ensure timely, transparent communication at every interview stage.
- Track TA metrics: Monitor time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, and quality of hire.

2. Employer Branding & Compliance

- Drive employer branding: Represent the company at career fairs, campus drives, and networking events.
- Maintain Recruitment data: Ensure clean data entry and compliance within the Applicant Tracking System.




- Ensure legal compliance: Align hiring practices with local labor laws and diversity initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Education & Experience

- Degree: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of core recruitment experience, Preferably from Non IT Staffing.

2. Technical & Soft Skills

- Sourcing Mastery: Advanced knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search strings, and niche job boards.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder management.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to turn recruitment data into actionable hiring insights.
