Role & responsibilities

- L2 support engineer, having basic knowledge of Windows, Linux servers & Network Equipment such as Firewall, Switch etc.
- Should have basic knowledge of maintenance of IT infrastructure, more related to Server Side.
- Will be responsible for taking checklists.
- Patching of windows servers
- Managing tape backup.
- Should be able to interact with OEMs for implementations and troubleshooting.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Solid communication skills, Strong interpersonal skills, Willingness to work out of hours to support the system in case of an emergency.
- Certifications related to Server /OS will be an added advantage.
- Those who are already available in Bangalore preferred

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor Degree, with IT Infra Related Certifications prefer-ability Server /OS related
- Experience as Data center Infra Support engineer in similar organizations
- Good Knowledge about Server -Storage Architecture, Rack mounting, Cabling
- Short notice or immediate joiners
