Job Description Project Manager (Software Development & AI Projects)
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who has successfully managed multiple software development projects and possesses strong exposure to modern digital tools and AI-driven solutions. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering technology projects while ensuring quality, timelines, and stakeholder satisfaction and should be able to use AI for managing below responsibilities
Key Responsibilities Area:
Manage end-to-end lifecycle of multiple software development projects simultaneously.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, QA, and business stakeholders.
Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
¢ Ensure timely delivery using Agile/Scrum or hybrid project methodologies.
¢ Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies and implement mitigation plans.
¢ Drive adoption and effective usage of modern tools and AI-enabled platforms.
¢ Collaborate with leadership for strategic planning and project prioritization.
¢ Maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards.
¢ Conduct regular status meetings and stakeholder updates.
¢ Ensure quality standards and continuous improvement in processes.




Required Skills & Qualifications
¢ Proven experience managing multiple software development projects.
¢ Robust understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
¢ Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.
¢ Exposure to AI tools, automation platforms, or AI-integrated workflows.
¢ Experience with up-to-date project management tools such as:
¢ Jira / Asana / Trello / ClickUp / MS Project (or similar)
¢ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
¢ Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
¢ Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
¢ Experience working on AI/ML or digital transformation projects.
¢ MCA & PMP / Scrum Master certification (preferred).
¢ Technical background or prior software development exposure is an advantage.
¢ Total Experience: 5 to 8 Years
