The F&B; Store Incharge is responsible for managing the storage, inventory, and issuance of all food and beverage items. This role ensures proper stock levels, minimizes wastage, maintains quality standards, and supports smooth kitchen and service operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Inventory Management

- Maintain accurate stock records for all food and beverage items
- Monitor stock levels and initiate timely reordering
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock checks

2. Receiving & Storage

- Inspect incoming goods for quality, quantity, and compliance with purchase orders
- Ensure proper storage conditions (temperature, hygiene, FIFO method)
- Avoid spoilage, pilferage, and damage

3. Issuance of Stock

- Issue materials to kitchen/bar departments as per requisitions




- Maintain proper documentation for all stock movements

4. Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain bin cards, stock registers, and inventory systems
- Prepare reports on stock consumption, variance, and wastage
- Coordinate with accounts for stock valuation

5. Coordination

- Work closely with purchase, kitchen, and service teams
- Assist in vendor coordination and stock planning

6. Hygiene & Compliance

- Ensure store cleanliness and food safety standards
