- 3-8yrs of relevant experience
- Good experience of 4G/5G Network architecture and Network Management principles
- Expertise on OAM modules development and testing for both RAN and Core
- Experience with O-RAN O1 and related FM/PM and CM modules and data models
- Experience with multi-threading and multi-processing architectures on Linux
- Valuable knowledge of build environments (makefiles) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment systems
- Experience with Docker/Kubernetes/Container platforms
- Data Formats & Protocols : ASN.1,XML, JSON, YAML: Common data serialization formats. HTTP(S): Web protocols. SNMP:
Simple Network Management Protocol. Kafka: Distributed streaming platform (for logging, metrics, event processing) Netconf and Yang
- Programming Languages & Paradigms: C/C++ (especially C++11), Python & OO Concepts
- 4G/5G OAM product development experience
- Additional years of driving delivery of 4G/5G OAM development programs
- Roles & Responsibilities
- Systems Engineering, design, architecture, coding, debugging and deployment of 4G/5G OAM software systems
- Review and Mentor high performance OAM teams towards delivery excellence
- Ability to drive large scale 4G/5G OAM development, sustenance and customer support programs
- Ability to communicate with senior levels of internal and external stakeholders
