Role & responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).
- Develop and customize Dynamics 365 plugins, workflows, custom actions, and integrations.
- Build and maintain Dynamics 365 Portals and Power Platform PCF Controls.
- Develop scalable applications and integrations using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Web Services (REST/SOAP APIs).
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and Solution Architects to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Create technical design documents and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Work with Azure DevOps for source control, CI/CD pipeline implementation, and deployment automation.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues while ensuring optimal system performance.
- Develop reusable, maintainable, and high-quality code following SDLC methodologies.
- Support enhancements, bug fixes,



and change requests for existing Dynamics 365 applications.
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers when required.
- Collaborate with QA teams to create test cases and ensure successful delivery of solutions.
- Monitor application performance and recommend improvements to enhance functionality and user experience.
- Stay updated with the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure technologies.
