We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at RSPL!

What You'll Do:

- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: From sourcing and interviewing, salary negotiations, offer release to onboarding the candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers: Identify talent needs and ensure a smooth end to end recruitment process.
- Oversee & manage onboarding process: Ensure new hires are integrated successfully with induction, orientation and necessary documentation.
- Maintain candidate pipeline.
- Provide excellent candidate experience.
- ATS Process adherence.
- Recruitment Trackers & metrics.

What Were specifically Looking For:

- Experience: 3 to 6 years of relevant talent acquisition experience.
- Industry Background: Must have prior experience recruiting within FMCG, Manufacturing, or Consumer Goods industries.
- Expertise: Strong background in handling non-technical and non-bulk/niche hiring, coupled with hands-on experience using ATS and HRMS tools.
- Education: Post-graduate degree in Human Resources or a related field.

About Hygiene Care Division (Approx. 1350 cr) HCD is into Hygiene, Utensil and Laundry care division. It has five manufacturing units in India and two in Bangladesh & One in Ethiopia. Product segments of RSPL ltd. for international markets are taken care by HCD division.

This job role will specifically cater to RSPL HCD Division (Hygiene Care).
