Service Business Process Manager

Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the chance to design, build, and maintain scalable data engineering solutions for Operations Data Automation initiatives. You will develop end-to-end ETL/ELT pipelines, data integrations, and data models across operational and project data sources, supporting reporting, dashboards, automation, analytics, and AI use cases. Each day, you will work with business and technical stakeholders to translate data requirements into robust technical solutions using enterprise platforms and cloud services. You will also ensure data quality, reliability, monitoring, performance, and documentation across data pipelines, while supporting rollout, testing, migration, cutover, and hypercare activities for regional or global transformation programs.The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid

This role is contributing to the Electrification Service (ELSE) globally. Main stakeholders are operation teams across the globe.You will be mainly accountable for:

- Design and build ETL/ELT pipelines for operational and project data.




- Develop data integrations using Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL Server, MuleSoft etc other enterprise platform.
- Connect source systems, APIs, databases, files, and reporting layers.
- Own data quality, validation, monitoring, error handling, and recovery.
- Create scalable data models for reporting, dashboards, automation, and analytics.
- Work with business teams to understand process data needs.
- Support country rollout, migration, testing, cutover, and hypercare.
- Document technical design, data flows, mappings, and support procedures.
- Improve pipeline performance, reliability, security, and maintainability.

Qualifications for the role

- 8-10 years of relevant experience.
- Strong ETL / ELT design and delivery experience.
- Adequate SQL Server / SQL development skills.
- Data modelling, data mapping, API integration, troubleshooting.
- Experience with production support, monitoring, and incident resolution.
- Good stakeholder communication. Can translate business requirement into technical specifications.
