1. HR & Administration Manager Plant HR

Experience: 10 -15 Years

CTC: 12 LPA to Above

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the Plant HR & Administration function.
- Ensure statutory compliance with all applicable labour laws.
- Handle Industrial Relations (IR) and Employee Relations (ER).
- Manage manpower planning and HR operations.
- Drive employee engagement and performance management.
- Oversee administration including security, canteen, transport, housekeeping, facility management, and guest house.
- Liaise with government authorities and ensure statutory compliance.
- Partner with Plant Head and Corporate HR to achieve business objectives.

2. HR Executive Compliance

Experience: 3-6 Years

CTC: 5LPA to Above

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain statutory registers, records, and compliance documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, FRRO, EPF, ESI, CLRA, Factories Act, Bonus, Gratuity, POSH, etc.




- Coordinate statutory inspections and Customer audits.
- Handle contractor compliance and labour documentation.
- Support internal and external compliance audits.
- Prepare statutory reports and MIS.

3. HR Executive Recruitment

Experience: 2-5 Years

CTC: 5LPA to Above

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Sewing Operators, Cutting Operators, Helpers, Quality, Warehouse, Staff, Supervisors, Executives, and above.
- Source candidates through Naukri, social media, consultants, referrals, and local hiring drives.
- Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews.
- Manage offer release, joining formalities, and onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring MIS.
- Build a talent pipeline for current and future manpower requirements.
- Handling Training centre, execute Training and Development strategies

Qualification

- MBA / MSW / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Experience in Apparel, Garment, Textile, Footwear, or Manufacturing industry will be preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced manufacturing environment.
