- B.Tech / B.E. (Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Textile, Apparel or equivalent)
- min 5 years of experience in an export garment factory (shirts preferred)
- Knowledge of SAM, time & motion study, line balancing, productivity improvement, and MS Excel
2. Assistant Production Manager
Requirements:
- Graduate / B.Tech / Diploma in Textile, Apparel, Mechanical or equivalent
- 5–8 years of experience in shirt manufacturing (export garment industry)
- Strong knowledge of cutting, stitching, finishing, production planning, line management, and manpower handling
- Valuable leadership and problem-solving skills
Computer & excel knowledge mandatory.
Should be fluent in English and mail communication
