Key Responsibilities:

• Incoming Inspection: Perform thorough inspections of electronic components, parts, and assemblies

upon arrival at the warehouse.

• Quality Standards: Ensure all incoming materials meet the required specifications and standards outlined

in quality documentation and client requirements.

• Testing: Use a variety of testing tools and equipment (e.g., multimeters, Bluetooth devices, microscopes)

to validate electrical and mechanical properties.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of incoming inspections, including test results, non-

conformities, and corrective actions taken.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales, engineering, and logistics teams to address any quality-related

issues with suppliers or materials.

• Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve issues related to defective components or discrepancies in

specifications and report them to management.

• Continuous Improvement: Assist in implementing and improving quality control processes and

procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

• Compliance: Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards (e.g., ISO, IPC standards) for all

incoming materials.

• Supplier Communication: Communicate with suppliers about product quality issues and collaborate on

resolutions.

• Preventive Actions:



Support in initiating preventive actions to reduce defects in incoming products and

materials.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors/Diploma degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field (or minimum 1~2-year equivalent

experience).

• Proven experience as an IQC engineer or in a quality control role, preferably in the electronics industry.

• Strong understanding of electronics, components, and assembly processes.

• Proficiency with measurement and testing tools, including digital multimeters, Bluetooth devices and

microscopes.

• Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IPC standards).

• Solid analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to handle repetitive tasks and perform inspections under minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Bluetooth devices testing & Its equipment.

• Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment.

• Experience with ERP or inventory management software.

• Comfortable working in a warehouse setting.

Working Conditions:

• Warehouse environment with a focus on safety and cleanliness.

• Possible exposure to electronic components and materials.
