Job Description

- Perform vision tests, analyze results, diagnose sight problems including nearsightedness, farsightedness, and eye diseases.
- Prescribe eyeglasses, contact lenses, visual aids, and medications as allowed by state law.
- Provide treatments such as vision therapy and low-vision rehabilitation.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Identify prospective clients, generate new business, and increase sales growth.
- Close sales by overcoming objections and finalizing sales orders.
- Utilize skills in Streak Retinoscopy, refraction, and other relevant optometry techniques.
- Prepare contracts, service terms, and deliver sales presentations to a range of clients.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team and superiors to make critical decisions.
- Generate detailed sales reports, analyze data, and forecast sales trends effectively.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and goals.
- Utilize CRM tools for capturing leads, managing enquiries, and tracking sales pipeline.
- Participate in regular sales reviews, sales meetings, and sales promotional programs.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in the optometry and sales industry.
