What You'll Do
Manage end-to-end US recruitment lifecycle
Work on Direct Client W2 requirements
Source, screen, and engage top IT talent
Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
Deliver quality submissions within timelines

We're Looking For
1-6 years of US Staffing experience
Hands-on experience with Direct Client W2 requirements
Strong sourcing and recruitment expertise
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
A proactive, result-oriented mindset
