We are looking for 7+ years experienced candidates for the position of Technical Manager to join our team in our Mohali office.

Requirements-

- Any bachelors/masters degree is preferred.
- Candidate must have minimum 7+ years of experience in software development and

management.

- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
- Hands-on experience with Microservices Architecture.
- Proficiency in XML, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
- Experience with databases such as MySQL and MongoDB.
- Exposure to cloud platforms and DevOps practices (CI/CD, deployment pipelines).
- Solid experience in code review, solutioning, and system design.
- Knowledge of security compliance, coding standards, and best practices.
- Experience with code quality tools (e.g., SonarQube) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Roles & Responsibilities -

- Lead solutioning and technical design based on business requirements.




- Conduct and oversee code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and scalability.
- Ensure compliance with security standards, coding guidelines, and organizational policies.
- Manage end-to-end deliverables with a focus on timelines and quality.
- Drive release management, including planning, deployment, and post-release validation.
- Collaborate with developers, QA, DevOps, and business teams for smooth execution.
- Monitor application performance, reliability, and security.
- Implement best practices for code optimization, maintainability, and documentation.
- Mentor and guide team members to improve technical skills and productivity.
- Work closely with DevOps teams to enable CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments.
- Handle production issues, incident management, and continuous improvement
