Job Description

- Conceive and design visually compelling creatives to engage and attract the target audience.
- Create online marketing collateral such as banners, social media content, etc.
- Collaborate with the marketing content team to develop design briefs and ideate unique ideas/variations.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud software including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator for designing.
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines while creating designs.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, organizing and managing time effectively.
- Develop wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and site maps.
- Produce CSS3 animations to enhance user experience and improve application UI clarity.
- Incorporate feedback effectively, providing rationales behind design decisions.
- Stay updated with current graphic design trends for mobile web, apps, and web.
- Responsible for maintaining high standards of quality in deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm marketing and advertising strategies.
- Create compelling designs for online banners, mailers, etc., ensuring brand consistency.
- Illustrate concepts and design examples for art arrangements, sizes, and styles for approval.
- Experience in creating Infographics and animations to convey information effectively.




- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field required.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Effects), with knowledge of CorelDraw being optional.
- Robust communication skills in English and Hindi, with a sound understanding of creative aesthetics.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the advertising field.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, prioritize assignments, and meet deadlines effectively.
- Familiarity with UI design principles, color theory, typography, and common usability issues.
- Portfolio showcasing UX/UI design work for desktop and mobile platforms.
- Proficient in creating meaningful CSS3 animations and utilizing graphic design software across various media.
- Experience collaborating with front-end developers to deploy designs effectively.
- Strong foundation in visual and interface design, motion graphics, and UI design principles.
- Knowledge of graphic design software such as InDesign, Dreamweaver, and HTML.
- Ability to create well-researched infographics and design visually appealing graphic products across different media.
- Ability to solve problems and make decisions while analyzing information effectively.
