- Design, develop, and implement solutions within ServiceNow HRSD.
- Configure and customize HRSD modules including:
- HR Case Management
- Employee Service Center (ESC)
- Lifecycle Events
- HR Knowledge Management
- Develop workflows, Flow Designer flows, UI policies, client scripts, business rules, and script includes.
- Configure HR Catalog items and record producers.
- Implement HR integrations with third-party systems (Payroll, Active Directory, etc.).
- Work on HR data privacy, COE security, and access controls.
- Support HR portal development using Service Portal or Employee Center.
- Perform unit testing, system testing, and support UAT.
- Provide post-implementation support and enhancements.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and provide functional solutions.
