Role & responsibilities :-
- Lead the design and development of front-end loaders and farm machinery attachments.
- Develop cutting-edge, reliable, and cost-effective loader systems for tractors.
- Design loader arms, mounting brackets, buckets, quick couplers, hydraulic systems, and structural components.
- Prepare 3D CAD models, manufacturing drawings, BOMs, and engineering documentation.
- Perform design calculations, structural analysis, and strength validation.
- Coordinate prototype manufacturing, assembly, testing, and field validation.
- Conduct DFMEA, DVP&R;, design reviews, and engineering change management.
- Work closely with Manufacturing, SCM, Vendor Development, Quality, and Production teams.
- Drive localization, value engineering, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety, durability, and quality standards.
- Mentor and guide a team of design engineers and project engineers.
