Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 3–5 Years
Preferred Industry: Piping Fabrication / Heavy Engineering / Oil & Gas
Key Skills Required:
Good knowledge of quality inspection processes and quality control techniques
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, GA drawings, isometric drawings, and fabrication drawings
Knowledge of inspection instruments and measuring equipment
Understanding of ASME codes, welding standards, and quality documentation
Positive communication and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:




Perform in-process and final inspection of fabricated components
Should have good knowledge of ITP, QAP Process inspection
Ensure compliance with customer specifications, approved drawings, and quality standards
Prepare and maintain inspection reports and quality records
Coordinate with Production, Welding, and QA teams for quality improvements
Identify non-conformities and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
Ensure adherence to applicable quality procedures and safety standards
