Job Title: AGM / DGM Civil Projects (Execution)

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end execution of commercial/retail construction projects.
- Plan, monitor, and ensure timely completion of projects within budget.
- Manage contractors, vendors, and site execution teams.
- Ensure quality, safety, and statutory compliance at project sites.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve construction-related issues.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and other internal teams.
- Track project progress and submit status reports to management.
- Drive cost optimization and efficient resource utilization.

Desired Candidate Profile

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Full time).
- 15+ years of experience in civil project execution.
- Experience in commercial, retail, industrial, or warehouse construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, contractor management, quality control, and budgeting.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
