Role Overview

The HR Head will lead the Human Resources function at Ondoor Concepts Ltd., driving HR strategies that align with business objectives and support the company's growth in the Retail - FMCG sector. The role will oversee all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, payroll coordination, statutory compliance like PF, ESIC etc.., organizational development, and employee relations while fostering a high-performance work culture.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, induction, and workforce planning.
- Manage payroll inputs, attendance, leave administration, employee records, and HRMS.
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and performance management systems (KPIs/KRAs) aligned with business goals
- Drive employee engagement, training & development, retention, and recognition programs.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure statutory compliance, including PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, and other applicable labour laws.
- Partner with business leaders on manpower planning, succession planning, and organizational development.
- Utilize HR analytics and reporting to support business decisions Monitor HR budgets,



compensation structures, HR metrics, and monthly MIS reports.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team while driving continuous process improvements.
- Willingness to travel across company stores in different cities as and when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- 5-8 years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in Retail, FMCG, or Distribution.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, performance management, employee relations, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent understanding of Indian labour laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HRMS and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and build solid relationships across all levels of the organization.
