Role & responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project execution, including planning, scheduling, procurement coordination, vendor management, and site supervision to ensure timely project delivery.
- Ensure all statutory approvals, permits, design documents, GFC drawings, and project records are obtained, maintained, and updated in R-Dash as per company requirements.
- Monitor site progress, material availability, workforce deployment, safety compliance, quality standards, and timely closure of snags throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, landlords, and internal teams for smooth execution, change management, billing, inspections, and project handover.
- Manage project closure activities, including documentation, final inspections, financial closure, handover, defect liability period (DLP) support, and post-handover client coordination.
