We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Developer with 810 years of overall ServiceNow experience to support ongoing HRSD implementation, enhancement, and maintenance activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in the HRSD module, ServiceNow platform development, integrations, and workflow automation. This is a remote, offshore, part-time adhoc contract role where resources will be engaged based on project demand.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) applications.
Develop and maintain HR Case Management, Employee Center, HR Catalog Items, Knowledge Management, Lifecycle Events, and Document Management.
Configure Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, ACLs, and Notifications.
Develop and customize Service Portal/Employee Center components.
Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server.
Create custom applications and reusable components on the ServiceNow platform.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
Collaborate with HR stakeholders, Business Analysts, Architects,



and Project Managers.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices.
Prepare technical documentation and deployment guides.
Support upgrades, patching, and platform enhancements.
Required Skills
810 years of overall IT experience with 5+ years in ServiceNow development.
Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD module.
Expertise in:
HR Case Management
Employee Center / Service Portal
Lifecycle Events
HR Knowledge Management
HR Catalog Items
Document Management
Solid JavaScript, Glide API, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and ACLs.
Experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
REST/SOAP API integration experience.
Experience with Update Sets, Source Control, and Application Development.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD (CIS-HR) preferred.
Experience working with global enterprise clients.
Exposure to ITSM and Employee Workflows is an advantage.
