Position Summary

We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities with a strong focus on bulk hiring and campus recruitment for Sales, Operations, Collections, and Support functions across the Banking, Financial Services, and NBFC sectors.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
- Handle bulk hiring for Sales, Operations, Collections, Customer Service, and other business functions
- Plan and execute campus recruitment drives at colleges and universities
- Coordinate with placement officers and build relationships with educational institutions
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment consultancies
- Conduct initial screening, telephonic interviews, and interview scheduling
- Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure timely closures
- Maintain recruitment MIS, hiring trackers, and recruitment reports
- Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation of selected candidates
- Meet recruitment targets within defined timelines




- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment events

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition
- Experience in bulk hiring and campus recruitment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve hiring targets
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment portals
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills

Eligibility Criteria

- MBA (HR) / PGDM (HR) or equivalent qualification
- 14 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, NBFC, or Recruitment Consultancy preferred
- Experience in bulk hiring and campus recruitment is mandatory

- Experience hiring Sales and Field Force employees
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel for campus drives and recruitment events
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills
