Salary

- Freshers: Up to 4.3 LPA (Up to 30,000/month)
- Experienced Candidates: Up to 5.5 LPA (Based on experience & interview performance)

- Freshers are welcome.
- Undergraduate & Graduate candidates can apply.
- Candidates with 1-3 years of BPO/Customer Support/International Voice Process experience are encouraged to apply.
- Comfortable working in UK & US rotational shifts.
- Immediate Joiners Preferred.

We're Looking For

- Excellent spoken English with a transparent, neutral accent.
- Strong verbal communication, pronunciation, and active listening skills.
- Ability to communicate confidently with international customers.
- Customer-first mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.




- Basic computer knowledge and multitasking skills.

Note:

Please apply only if you are confident speaking fluent English with minimal to no Mother Tongue Influence (MTI). This is a customer-facing international role, and communication skills will be assessed during the interview process.

- Handle inbound customer calls from UK & US customers professionally.
- Resolve customer queries with empathy, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience during every interaction.
- Maintain accurate customer records and case updates.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant team whenever required.
- Achieve quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
