1. Operate VMC / Turning / HMC machines independently.
2. Read and interpret engineering drawings, process sheets, and work instructions.
3. Set up jobs by loading tools, fixtures, and workpieces as per production requirements.
4. Perform machine offset adjustments and tool wear compensation during machining.
5. Inspect finished components using measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, Micrometers, Bore Gauges, Height Gauges, and Dial Indicators.
6. Years required, Should well versed in Fanuc Systems., GD & T, Drawing study and Setting knowledge preferable.
7. Should have knowledge in Non Standard product

Qualification - 12,10,BE,DME, ITI

Experience - 01 To 15 Years Work Experience

Preferred - Since 3 Shift Basis Work

Location - Kinathukadavu , Coimbatore

Shift : 8 hour shift / OT available
