Shift: Night

Experience: 0.6months to 4 years (relevant experience in US Recruitment with Direct clients)

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for end to end recruitment, screening and identify the candidate as per client requirement.
- Source the Candidate through Job Portals, Job posting site, References Generating.
- Explain the requirement of the company, explain the job profile.
- Developing and Implementing recruiting plans and strategies, striving to bring in the best people to fill company needs.

Ideal Candidate:

- Must have excellent Communication skills
- Ability to assess candidates technical ability; identify and match candidates behavioural traits




- Good working experience on Engineering/ IT / NonIT/ Business Professional/ Pharma/ Healthcare requirements etc.
- Good knowledge and working experience of Visas, Tax terms, Time zones, VMS/MSP.
- Self-starter, motivated and detailed/results oriented
- Creative and resourceful to provide solutions to both the sales force and clients
- Strong organizational skills
- Team player
