Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain accurate architectural BIM models using Revit.
- Prepare architectural construction documentation, including plans, elevations, sections, details, and schedules.
- Produce and manage architectural sheet sets for design development, tender, and GFC (Valuable for Construction) stages.
- Coordinate architectural models with structural, MEP, and other disciplines to ensure clash-free deliverables.
- Ensure models comply with BIM standards, project requirements, and company guidelines.
- Support quantity take-offs, schedules, and documentation from the BIM model.




- Participate in design coordination meetings and resolve model-related issues.
- Maintain model quality, accuracy, and version control throughout the project lifecycle.

Preferred / Added Advantages

- Experience in interior modeling and documentation.
- Knowledge of landscape modeling.
- Basic understanding of structural modeling (added advantage).
- Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) or BIM 360 is a plus.
- Knowledge of BIM standards, LOD, and clash detection is desirable.
